Just as with our Country Kitchen menu, we celebrate an honest value. We also celebrate honest hard work and the opportunity it brings for success. As a business partner who shares your values, we invite you to become a member of the Country Kitchen family. Here’s what you need to know:

Franchise Fees Single-Unit: $30,000 includes nearly everything you need (aside from the furnished facility), such as three weeks of on-site training and many supplies for your restaurant opening.

Multi-unit:
$30,000 for the initial unit plus $15,000 deposit for every additional unit to be developed. A multi-unit franchise agreement provides the opportunity to develop multiple Country Kitchen restaurants in a “defined exclusive territory” over a prescribed period of time. This multi-unit approach affords qualified franchisees significant development opportunities to leverage their organization's operating and marketing capabilities.

Continuing Fees
A total of 5% of your sales must be paid on a monthly basis to Country Kitchen to cover costs associated with various business operations and marketing. Of that, 4% is considered the royalty fee and 1% is for marketing. Our fee structure is significantly lower than that of our competitors, who typically have 7% to 9%. Over the course of time, your savings really add up, yielding flexibility for your finances.

Country Kitchen believes its fee structure is offers significant economic value to our franchise community.

Estimated Opening Investment
The estimated opening investment depends on the type of Country Kitchen Restaurant you intend on opening. If a conversion, what condition is the facility and the costs associated with the addition of brand identifiers would need to be considered.

In general, converting a restaurant similar in nature to a Country Kitchen would cost approximately $100,000 - $275,000. A ground up unit can be attached to another business (hotel, travel center, strip mall, convenience store or similar building type), and therefore able to share certain equipment and facilities, would cost about $450,000 - $600,000. Finally, a free-standing, ground up unit would involve an investment in the range of $687,600 - $1,739,700.

It is possible that your own costs will be significantly different. These ranges and averages do not include the cost of purchasing or leasing land. They do include the initial franchise fee, construction, furniture, fixtures and equipment, decor, signage, pre-opening supplies and pre-opening training.
